AiFi Clear Voice · accessibility

Clear dialogue for one, normal volume for the room.

Hearing loss turns watching TV into a negotiation. AiFi ends it. The person who needs it gets clear, dialogue-forward sound on the device they already wear, while everyone else keeps the room as it is. Same show, same instant.

Accessibility that's personal and shared at once.

Roughly 20% of the US population has some hearing loss. For a streaming platform, that's a loyal audience and a growing accessibility obligation under rules like the CVAA and ADA. AiFi is a cheap way to meet it: it works with hearing aids people already own and ships as software through your SDK, with no new hardware for anyone.

A real test, not a demo

We tested it at home with a hearing-aid user and his wife. He streamed the show straight to his Phonak Audéo P90-R hearing aids while she kept the TV at a normal volume, perfectly in sync. No compromise for either of them.

Three ways AiFi makes a stream accessible

AiFi Clear Voice

Dialogue-forward, on your own device.

A personal, clear, dialogue-boosted track streams to the viewer's phone or hearing aids, while the room keeps standard audio. One person gets what they need without changing anyone else's experience.

AiFi Lingo

Everyone in their own language.

The same mechanism carries language, so each person in the room can hear the same show in their own language at the same instant. Accessibility and inclusion from one integration.

AiFi Describe

Audio description, per person.

One viewer listens to the audio-description track on their own device while the rest of the room hears standard audio. The whole room stays together, no separate screening required.
